5 beds • 1.5 baths • 4 roommates
Modern and sleek, this super-clean and newly renovated Manhattan apartment is a perfect home for a group of college roommates attending one of the nearby universities. LOCATED on WEST 139TH ST Riverside NEAR RIVER STATE PARK, 5 mins to City College and 25 mins walking/3 mins by train to Columbia University. 15 mins away from Times Square VIA 1 TRAIn High Speed Wireless internet! The apartment is designed for mostly students, young grads and professionals. We do our best to cultivate a library-like atmosphere inside so people can study or anyone looking for a quiet, simple, safe place is welcomed! The kitchen and bathroom are shared. You will have a personal space in the cabinets, fridge as well as on kitchen shelf. Laundry in the basement, elevator building, super lives in and cam on each floor. You will get key for building, unit and for your room. There are no shops and stores under the buildings so Riverside Park not only offers Hudson River view, it also makes us feel like we don’t live in the city. Yet, the main street Broadway is just 1 block away where you will find many shops, store and grocery markets. I will welcome you
