Hi! Looking for someone for my room in 2b1b in Greenpoint, Brooklyn ASAP! There’s also the opportunity for the other room; perfect for roommates/a couple! About the apartment: • lease runs till May 2027 with the option to renew • MASSIVE bedrooms and tons of natural light! • Huge closets, including a walk-in closet for Bedroom 1 • In-unit washer and dryer + dishwasher • Central cooling and heating • Newly-renovated apartment in a pre-war brownstone — the best of both worlds About the neighborhood: • ~4 min walk from Greenpoint Ave subway station, located on Noble Street. • Steps away from amazing food, coffee shops, restaurants • ~20 min from Grand Central, yet feels like a haven. The east river waterfront with stunning views is just a 5 min walk away. We have a video as well.
