The building is located at 505 Summit Avenue in Jersey City’s Journal Square neighborhood, with convenient access to the PATH and Manhattan. The apartment has modern finishes, an in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances, custom closets, and smart-lock entry. Building amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, rooftop deck, outdoor pool and sundeck, coworking spaces, resident lounges, and other shared amenity areas. I’m looking to transfer/sublet the apartment because I’m considering moving to Newport or Weehawken. The lease runs through January 2028. Lease term: Current lease runs through January 2028.
