• Private bedroom in a spacious 2-bed, 2-bath apartment, with its own ensuite bathroom that's bright, well-lit, and has a clean, modern shower. • Huge closet with plenty of storage, plus a queen-size bed and a dresser. • Large soundproofed windows that bring in a lot of natural light while keeping street noise out. • Thick walls, so the room stays quiet and private. • Doorman building with a friendly super, doormen, and cleaning staff. It feels very safe and well looked after. • Steps from SoHo, Nolita, and the Lower East Side, with shops, cafés, and restaurants right outside your door. • 1-minute walk to the J/Z and a 3-minute walk to the 6, so it's easy to get anywhere in the city. • About a 15-minute walk to NYU's campus, or a quick subway ride. • Close to Cooper Union, The New School/Parsons, Pace, Baruch, SVA, and FIT. • You'd be living with a clean, respectful NYU junior, so it's a great fit for a student or intern.
