• Looking for a sublet from November-February (Flexible!!) for my room in the East Village. • Small apartment (350 sq ft) located on the 5th floor (walk up) • Small room with a lofted bed but super cozy especially for the upcoming cold months! • For reference, I am 6’1 and found the room totally comfortable. It’s furnished with a couch and a tv. There is a bench in the room that is sentimental so it had to stay but I’ve used it for storage underneath and placing stuff on top like blankets, coats, etc. Again, small room. I like to hang string lights to make it cozier • Lots of storage for clothes in the room as well as a big closet in the kitchen which would be yours as well. • Access to fire escape through window in the room • Apartment shared with a roommate (amazing, awesome, perfect girl!) • This is nice for someone just looking for a place to lay their head at night, nothing extravagant about this apartment but it gets the job done. If you enjoy a smaller morn intimate space then let me know! • Located in the heart of the East Village which is a big bonus. Great neighborhood. I’ve found I’ve been able to get to most places I need to by foot • Rooftop access (if you want to see the snowfall!)
