Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublet my spacious room in the Elm West building (built in 2021) for the summer. The apartment is located in a very safe and vibrant part of Queens, right at the intersection of Broadway and Queens Blvd. The Space Huge Room: The room is massive, offering space comparable to a studio! Fully Furnished: Comes with everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, rice cooker, air fryer, and all essential cookware. Convenience: In-building laundry (washer/dryer) available. Roommate: You'll be sharing with a working professional who is out during the day and never brings guests over. Very quiet and respectful. Unbeatable Location & Commute Subway: Literally a 1-minute walk to the M and R trains. Only 2 stops to transfer to the E/F express lines. Manhattan: 20 minutes to Manhattan. Flushing: 25 minutes to Flushing. Airports: Super close to LGA (~10 mins by car) and JFK (~20 mins by car). Building Amenities 24-hour Front Desk/Concierge (secure package and food delivery). Private Resident Gym. Modern 2021 construction with high-end finishes.
