M31 bus stop right outside front door. Rent is $2,333.56 per month plus utilities, which come to around $160. Very, very big space for the price (rent-stabilized), as you can see in the photos/video. I am somewhat flexible with how long I can be away. I'm looking for a subletter for a minimum of Nov and Dec, but could go longer, possibly 3/4/5 months. There are some minor differences about the place between the photos and the video, as might be apparent (but might not even be); the photos were taken a while ago, the video just today. Overall, though, as seen, the setup and space are consistent across both.
