About the role
Love finding hidden gems, discovering free things to do, and keeping up with what's trending?
We're looking for someone to create fun, shareable Instagram posts for Girls Who Sublet across New York City, London, San Francisco, Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago, and DC.
You'll research what girls in each city are interested in, find fun recommendations, and turn them into Instagram carousels using Canva.
Our content received over 40 million views last month, so this is a great opportunity to build your portfolio and get your work seen by millions of people.
This is a fully remote, flexible role. We expect just 5–10 posts per week, and you'll get paid more when your posts perform well.

$25 bonus at 1,000 likes
Another $25 at 2,500 likes
Another $50 at 10,000 likes
San Francisco, Boston, LA, Chicago & DC:
$25 bonus at 200 likes
Another $25 at 500 likes
Another $50 at 10,000 likes
You can earn up to $125 per post, including base pay and bonuses.
What you'll do
Create 5–10 Instagram carousel posts per week across our city accounts.
Research free activities, hidden gems, restaurants, nightlife, dating, and local trends.
Look at our best-performing posts, like "Free Things to Do This Week," and create similar content for different cities.
Design fun, eye-catching carousels in Canva.
Experiment with new ideas and find out what people love sharing with their friends.
Keep up with trends on Instagram and TikTok.
About you

You have great taste and a good eye for design.
You enjoy making things look good in Canva.
You like researching interesting topics and discovering new things.
