Seattle Apartments and Housing
3 beds • 2.5 baths • 1 roommate
My current roommate decided its time to get his own place, so I'm looking to fill the other rooms in the house I currently live in. It's a charming 3b/2.5b classic Seattle craftsman house in the Wallingford area, starting in October 2026 (exact date flexible). About the house: - Utilities included, month-to-month - I'm moving into the attic w/ a half bath that the landlord previously used as storage, so there are two open bedrooms in the house - Proximity to Green Lake, Gas Works, UW, i5 Highway, and lightrail park & ride (~5min drive to any/all) - Move-in date is early/mid October (flexible) - Street parking, no garage but I find a spot in front of the house every evening - Landlord currently does not allow pets - Washer/dryer, stove/oven, microwave, dish washer, etc. - No A/C, but modern central electric heating - House is fully furnished - Both rooms have closets - One room is pre-furnished, but we can talk to the landlord about changing if you don't like the furniture - I've been living here ~2yrs and haven't had any problems with the landlord at all, she's pretty chill and very nice

I graduated from Northwestern University in 2024 w/ my bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and moved out here to work for Boeing, where I currently design tools for the 737. I like to keep common areas clean and I'm generally pretty respectful of others and their space. I'm usually in bed by 10pm on weeknights and 12am-2am on weekends (depending on what I'm up to) I get up at 6am for work 5 days/wk bc I have to I like having friends over on semi-frequent basis (around 2-5x/mo) Hobbies include: Dancing (salsa & 2-step), volleyball, snowboarding, climbing, photography, and going out to shows/bars/etc.
