About the apartment: Second-floor 1B1B in a two-story townhouse with a private landlord Separate, lockable entrance for privacy — the first and second floors are completely independent Great natural light and convenient location In-unit washer and dryer Shared backyard Street parking (permit); generally easy to find parking nearby Furniture (bed, desk, dining table, etc.) can be left if needed Location & Nearby Amenities: 5-minute walk to ASCEND climbing gym 15-minute walk to LA Fitness 10-minute walk to Giant Eagle and 15-minute walk to Aldi Bus stop right outside, with convenient access to Downtown, Pitt, and CMU Close to restaurants, cafés, and bars on Carson Street, but surprisingly quiet inside Utilities: Water is split between the two floors. Electricity and gas are paid separately. The townhouse is an older building but has a great layout, plenty of privacy, and a convenient location — especially if you enjoy climbing, working out, or exploring South Side!
