Only I (1 person) has been living in it since it was built, so its greatly maintained and looked after. • An abundance of natural light, with peak sunshine from about 12-5pm. • There's a lift, a welcoming reception area on the ground floor, and a communal outdoor decking area with seating. • Fully furnished with a bed, wardrobes, a large flatscreen TV, sofa, dining table, fitted washer/dryer and fitted dishwasher. There's also a water softener, which is great if you have sensitive skin like me! • All bills are all included in the rent advertised - water, electric, service charge, council tax, wifi, etc. The Area • Getting around: The tube is a 2-minute walk away (Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines, with easy access to the Jubilee line too). It's about 30 minutes to Baker Street and 45 minutes to Canary Wharf. • High street living: The flat is right on the high street, so you've got Sainsbury's, Tesco and Aldi, plus plenty of independents like fruit and veg shops and family-run cafes and restaurants. Super safe area. • Green spaces: Roxbourne Park, Eastcote Gardens and Cavendish Recreation Ground are all within walking distance, and there's a super close tennis pitch too. • Staying active: BeatCycle spin classes, a Pilates studio and a hot yoga studio are all on the high street. Ideal sublet for Flat: • A trustworthy, considerate tenant for a 1-year stay (longer is very welcome). • Working profressional, but couples are welcome too. It's perfect if you work in the City and want to be a little away from the hustle and bustle of central London.
