Hi! I’m looking for a girl to takeover my room lease after December at One on Centre apartments in North Oakland. Rent is 1330 + utilities (about 80-90 a month) for individual and you’d live with 2 other roommates. It’s a 10-15 min walk from the Cathedral with a Dunkin downstairs and CVS right across the street + ideally located bus stops right outside to get to grocery stores and other areas in the city. The room comes with your own private bathroom and a closet, it’s very spacious + comes fully furnished with a full XL bed, desk with a chair, and 4 cabinets for storage under the bed. I am also open to leaving my bookshelf, desk shelf, and nightstand for the lease period. We live on the 10th floor and are south facing with lots of windows, so great lighting throughout the day.
