Hi all, looking for someone to sublet my room in our lovely converted warehouse from Dec - Jan! I am going to be back home for a month so looking to find someone to sublet my room while I’m gone. You will have a lovely large room with plenty of space! Gorgeous natural lighting with a skylight you can open, and a large, super comfy king-size bed. I am going to be back home for a month so looking to find someone to sublet my room while I’m gone. If you have any questions or want additional photos, don’t hesitate to ask. :) About the household: You would be living with three other amazing individuals. We are a household of creatives and would love to have someone likeminded. This is a mainly POC and LGBTQIA+ household and will be prioritizing similar individuals. However if don’t exactly fit this there is no harm in reaching out. The general vibe is super tidy but friendly household. We like to have a chat and never tell each other to be quiet, but also respect each other. We have a pretty set cleaning rota and all share responsibilities round the house. If this sounds like your vibe or you want to learn more just let me know!
