Hi I’m looking for someone to take over my room because I recently accepted an internship out of town and need to move. I really enjoy living here and renewed my lease for a second year, so I hope to find someone who will enjoy the space as much as I have. Bedroom & Bathroom One of the larger bedrooms in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. Windows on two sides, providing plenty of natural light. Spacious room with access to a bathroom that is essentially used by me alone, as the other two roommates share the second bathroom. An adjustable-height desk, monitor, and ergonomic chair are currently in the room. I can leave them for the next tenant or remove them if not needed. House & Shared Spaces Only three residents live in the entire house, so the shared areas are generally uncrowded and the living environment is quiet and comfortable. Three levels with plenty of room to spread out: Second floor: Three bedrooms. First floor: Two large living rooms, a dining area, and kitchen. Basement: Laundry area, storage space, sofa, and foosball table. A large yard outside the house. Location & Transportation Approximately 10 miles from Stony Brook University. Around a 25-minute drive to campus, depending on traffic. Best suited to someone with a car, especially students or researchers who do not need to travel to campus frequently.
