Studio Space Available to Share in Leyton, East London | Monthly Membership I'm looking for up to two people to share my lovely studio in Leyton, on a monthly membership basis. The studio is a cosy, bright and welcoming space of approximately 25 sqm, with beautiful natural light, high ceilings and a contemporary interior. It's on the main road, around an 8-minute walk from Lea Bridge station, just one stop from Stratford. **Who would it suit?** I'm open to a range of professions, including: - Photographers looking for a regular studio space - Nail technicians, hairdressers and other beauty professionals - Massage therapists and similar practitioners - Freelancers and creatives looking for a workspace or somewhere to meet clients **What's included?** - Approximately 25 sqm of studio space - Three studio lights and a selection of backdrops - Movable desk and seating - Clothing rack - Toilet facilities and level access - Kettle, tea Space to bring your own equipment and set up as needed 10 full days of studio access every month Some storage may be possible, depending on your requirements and the space available. Please note that there is no fridge or microwave. **How would the membership work?** The exact arrangement can be discussed depending on your needs. We'd share a calendar to arrange bookings, with a mix of weekday and weekend availability. Weekend access would be available on selected dates, depending on my own bookings.
