Looking for a subletter in a three bedroom, one bathroom apartment in Jamaica Plain, about five minutes walk from Stony Brook station. The apartment has a front porch and back porch, a kitchen and a living room. It also has a washer and dryer in the basement and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The room is about 11’x11’ and has never felt cramped in spite of my tendency to stuff it with furniture and knick knacks. The apartment is on the first floor but is still up a short set of stairs. You’ll be living with Zee (they/them), Andrea (she/her), and Saba who is just the friendliest golden retriever ever ever ever. Andrea manages a grocery store and Zee works in a bakery, and they’re both quiet, courteous, and good humored. Unfortunately Saba is stressed around other animals, so the apartment can’t accommodate any new pets. The move in date can be as soon as you sign the lease!
