Location: Prime Clapham spot — under 10 min walk to the Common, 1 min to Virgin Active, great pubs & cafes nearby. Rent: Deposit: Move-in: ASAP but must move in before November 17th. Looking for a sociable, friendly gal 27–35 (no couples/students) Move out: House has been on the market for well over a year but with no interest so intending to extend the tenancy on March 16th 2027, on the rare chance you can’t extend you will all look for a similar home as a group.
