We have a furnished double bedroom available from the 5th November in our three-bedroom flat, just a 3-minute walk from Ladbroke Grove station, and a stones throw from Portobello Market. Tenancy is subject to referencing. You’d be sharing with two professional housemates, aged 30 and 32, who both mainly work from the office. We’re looking for someone of a similar age and working pattern. The flat has a large open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room, with doors leading straight out onto a south-facing roof terrace. We’re a sociable but relaxed household. We enjoy hosting dinner parties, chilled evenings with a good series and a glass of wine, and making the most of the pubs and restaurants around Notting Hill and Ladbroke Grove. We’d like to find someone who would enjoy being part of the household, while also sharing a mutual respect for each other’s separate lives and routines. The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed and storage, although the landlord is open to unfurnishing the room if preferred.
