The flat is bright and spacious 3-bedroom place spread over two levels, and has such a great balance of comfort, space, and a welcoming atmosphere. The flat features a warm, sunny living room with a balcony perfect for relaxing and enjoying some sunshine or fresh air. The large kitchen fully stocked with everything and not just a great spot for cooking but for socialising too. There are also two toilets and a separate bathroom. The bedroom has a large desk and monitor, hanging space in the wardrobe and draws. A comfy double bed and the room gets heaps of sunlight which is such a great bonus. Every room has a radiator and house keeps super warm all the time so no freezing through out the winter! Location is easy access to both Clapham Junction and Clapham South, making it convenient to get around London with both tube and train access. There are also busses just around the corner. You’ll be living with three lovely, friendly flatmates aged 24–29, all working full-time and bringing a great mix of personalities to the flat. A Kiwi couple who are super easy-going, love a bit of good banter, and are always up for a chat or chill tv/movie night. A British girl who enjoys a good chat, and is super easy-going. All flatmates are pretty active around the flat and always doing things. Week days in the house are pretty low key with everyone often out and about in the weekends. Everyone has their own busy life, but we genuinely enjoy spending time together, whether that’s cosy TV nights on the sofa, a catch-up in the kitchen, or the occasional late-night glass of wine. It’s a really nice balance of being sociable and having your own space, with no pressure to do everything together.
