Hey, I’m Kai! I’m looking to sublet my place in Fenway this spring (Jan–April/May), and potentially through the entire summer. I’ll be traveling a lot for work, so it doesn’t make much sense to keep paying for a place I won’t be in. I’m super flexible on start and end dates. Ideally I’m looking for someone to move in as is, with no need to bring your own furniture or bed. The place has everything you need. My roommate and I are both Northeastern grads and love music.
