You would also have your own separate entrance to the room/house. About Aanika: I’m a 23 year old new grad from Chicago, and I just moved to Seattle a month ago for work! I work at a tech startup, and outside of work I love exploring the outdoors, going out, and trying new workout classes! I’m super excited to go hiking and skiing and would love to get to know more people and explore the city together. I keep my space pretty tidy and organized, and also love to host! About Lydia: I’m 23 from California and also moved to Seattle about a month ago for work! I’m a paralegal and my job is hybrid, in-office Tues-Thurs and WFH Friday and Monday. I love being outside (hiking, snowboarding, paddleboarding) and exploring the city (especially for coffee and matcha). I also love going to concerts and nights out on the town! We’re both pretty clean and are looking for someone who also values common spaces (and will help us decorate our house + make it more homey)! We also love hanging out together and are hoping to host at our place so it would be super cool if that’s also what you’re looking for! The house is about a 20 min walk from Capitol Hill and 9 mins away from the bus to downtown and further into Cap Hill. The area can get a bit hilly but it’s been good for our stamina lol. The I-5 is very accessible as well. The whole place is 4-stories and your bedroom would be on the bottom floor. It’s easy street parking and there’s an in-unit W/D. No pets unfortunately as there is already one cat in the house!
