Hi! We are looking for someone to fill our lovely Mews home in Dalston at the end of December. House/Location: It’s a very spacious 3 bed, 1.5 bath & has the most wonderful private garden. We are about a 5-minute walk to the high street with Dalston Junction & Kingsland overground, but our house is tucked away on a quiet cozy street and is protected by a coded gate. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to Highbury & Islington station. Flatmates:You would be sharing it with two girls, we are both 26 & looking for someone who also wants to be friends & not just live together! We love to cook together, have a pub night, parks/museums & also lots of movie/chess nights at home. Room would be mainly unfurnished. Possible desk/night stand available but would need own bed etc. Rent is and with all bills (water, gas, wifi, council tax) usually comes out to total. We are looking for someone around the same age who’s friendly, easygoing & up to do things together :)
