My job reimburse for internet so no internet bill either. No pets. Walking distance of Whole Foods (5 min walk) and Lake Merritt. Full size washer and dryer in apartment. Street parking if have car with street cleaning every 2nd & 4th Mondays & Tuesdays. Room unfurnished though old roommate may end up leaving some items when she moves out of state. Move in Jan 1st. Looking for: 1 person only (no couples, etc.) for single room & no pets. The landlord will require a copy of credit history, proof of income and for you to be on the lease.
