Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in a 3 bed, 1 bath apartment in Somerville starting November 8th at the earliest. I can also do a November 15th or December 1st start, or any time in between! Rent & Lease * The lease goes until August 31st with the option to renew. * Our landlord is super great, so if you can help by continuing to be a good tenant for him, I anticipate him keeping the rent low! Location & Amenities * A 5–7 minute walk from the Gilman Square stop on the Green Line. * The apartment is a 2-floor walk-up. * Laundry is in the basement, which we share with two other units. * We also have a porch and backyard! * There’s also a parking spot that you can probably take over after discussing with my roommates. * We have a large living room and kitchen that we share. Roommates I’m leaving for work, but you’ll get to stay with my two awesome roommates, Ben (24M) and Maya (25M). They are both working and go into the office every day. Ben travels quite a lot, but he’ll always make time to talk and be your friend. Maya is always so caring and especially takes care of the apartment very well. They will both also let you use their pots and dishes and anything reasonable. Both are tidy and clean! Who I’m Looking For Ideally searching for a male roommate in their 20s who is chill and down to be good friends with my roommates! I loved living here and would love to find a good replacement for them.
