I'm looking for a female to sublease a private bedroom at Villas on 24th in the heart of West Campus, just a few minutes walk from the UT Austin campus. The private bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet, two floor-to-ceiling windows, and built-in display shelves. The room comes with a full-size bed, desk, chair, and dresser. This 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom apartment is fully furnished and includes a wall-mounted Smart TV and in-unit speakers, a getting ready vanity room, in-unit laundry, and a spacious common area. Building amenities feature a rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi, a rooftop gym, a spa with a sauna, a basketball court, and dedicated lobby study rooms.
