Road is very quiet and safe with on street parking available, and 20ish min walk to east Croydon for fast trains into central London. 10 min drive from Crystal Palace and all amenities. Must be ok with dogs!!!! I have a 2.5 year old poodle cross who is very friendly. Happy to discuss furniture and bills. The monthly amount will include council tax, water and WiFi. Electricity / gas will be split equally.
