I am subletting this place from Dec. 31 to Feb 17 (I can be a bit flexible with move in and move out dates). The apartment will come unfurnished BUT I can sell you some piece of furniture if you want that. After Feb. 17 you can keep living here if you get your own lease with Harrison (but I am unsure of what the new rent would be after my lease ends). The apartment has built in laundry, fully equipped kitchen, living room, AC. The only furnishing it comes with is a glass table and chairs.
