I'm looking for a roommate to rent the fully-furnished second bedroom and bathroom in my large 2-bed, 2-bath 1,700 sq ft house in Bankers Hill, San Diego, California. It's a truly beautiful historic old home built in 1904 and completely renovated in early 2000s. The city of San Diego has classified it as a historical monument. I think the photos will do most of the talking but it's a stunning house. I’m looking for a good, responsible, and substance-free roommate.. Short term rentals (3-6 months) are okay. You'd also be responsible for half of electricity bill which typically totals but can be up to during summer months. You’d also responsible for half of fiber internet bill. There's plenty of free, unmetered street parking available, full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. The bedroom and bathroom is fully furnished exactly as it's pictured. I have enough storage space in case if you don't want the furniture already provided. The house is 7 blocks away from Balboa Park and 8 blocks from Little Italy. It's literally the most perfect location for a 20/30/40-something living an urban life in San Diego. It sits up on the hill and has a stunning view of the San Diego Bay (pictured). The house does have central A/C and heating but the ocean breeze keeps it plenty cool 9-10 months out of the year. There's also a ton of storage space in the basement and the garage.
