I'm looking for someone for my room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment near Malden Center, as I've moved back to China. **Location & Transportation** - The apartment is located right near Malden Center Station. - The subway and bus station are just downstairs, making commuting very convenient. **Room & Rent** - Apartment: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (2B2B). - Available room: Second bedroom with a private bathroom located across the hallway, outside the bedroom. - Utilities are not included: water, electricity, sewage, and internet are paid separately. - Move-in date: **January 2027**. **Roommate** You'll be sharing the apartment with my friend, who is from Bangladesh and is Muslim. She's been a great roommate! Out of respect for her dietary practices, we're hoping to find someone who is comfortable with the following: - Ideally, someone who doesn't eat pork, although this is not a strict requirement. - If you cook pork, please thoroughly clean the shared kitchen area and any utensils afterward. - Any food containing pork should be properly sealed and kept separate from other food in the refrigerator to avoid cross-contamination. **Cats** We currently have three cats in the apartment, so we're hoping to find someone who is comfortable living with cats. The apartment technically allows only two cats. If having three cats becomes an issue, we can arrange for one of them to stay with another friend.
