* Completely private bedroom + private bathroom * Fully furnished — I’ll also leave necessities including clean sheets, comforter, towels, bathmats, hand soap, full-length mirror, and hangers * In-unit washer + dryer * 10-minute walk to the College Park Metro, making it super easy to commute into DC * Amazing location in UMD’s College Town — only a 1-minute walk to Trader Joe’s, CVS, restaurants, bars, HOTWORX and a liquor store; 15 minute walk to Whole Foods and Club Pilates * College Town is much quieter during the summer, so you get the convenience of being near everything without the usual school-year crowds * Great for a summer intern or anyone working in DC — many summer residents in the building commute into the city via Metro * The apartment has a shared living room and kitchen, but my roommates will be moved out, so the common area will be empty the vast majority of the time * Located in The Standard at College Park, with great amenities including: * Rooftop lounge * Outdoor grills * Gym * Sauna * Tanning bed * Private study/work rooms * Overall, a great option if you want a private, furnished space with easy Metro access while still being steps away from everything you need!
