Enjoy a private, fully furnished studio above a detached garage, recently remodeled in 2023 with modern finishes and a bright, fresh feel. This comfortable space includes a queen bed, dedicated work area, TV, heating and air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private bathroom with shower. The studio is located behind the main house and has its own private entrance through the driveway and backyard, giving you a separate and peaceful place to stay. Located in a well-situated residential neighborhood, the studio is close to restaurants, markets, parks, Caltrain, and BART, with SFO just a 6-minute drive away. It is an ideal setup for extended stays, work travel, or exploring the Peninsula and San Francisco. Please note that the studio is on the second floor and requires stair access. We also have two small dogs on the property, kept behind a fence.
