Hi! I’m looking to transfer my 1B1B apartment at Capitol 650 in Milpitas. It’s a beautiful south-facing home on the 4th floor with great natural light and a spacious layout. Apartment Highlights 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom 717 sq ft 4th floor South-facing Large floor-to-ceiling windows with plenty of natural light Floor plan available in the listing photos Availability Move-in available after November 8 Current lease runs through December 25 Renewal is possible afterward Location Close to BART Near Great Mall Trader Joe’s and other major supermarkets nearby Plenty of Chinese restaurants and Ranch 99 within about 10 minutes Convenient access to shopping, dining and transportation About the Home I’ve lived in this community for several years and have always found it difficult to find another apartment I liked better. I’m moving this time because of work, so I’m looking for someone interested in taking over the lease. One thing I especially like about the location: there is no noticeable landfill odor around the apartment.
