Hi! I am looking for someone to fill my room in a 3bd/2ba in Central Square! Location wise it's right next to the central square red line stop (easy access to Harvard, Southie, downtown). The room is the master, so you'd have your own bathroom. The unit has central air (Nest) and in unit washer dryer. The building has a shared rooftop with beautiful views of downtown, and garage parking if you want (plus plenty of street parking around, I opted for a parking permit and never have had issues!!). You also get a free membership to VIM Fitness, which is right around the corner. Just had someone come to deep clean the room and bathroom so it's all ready for its next person!!
