Hi everyone! 👋 I’m offering one private bedroom with its own bathroom in a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment at LUX Apartments in Ithaca, New York, near Cornell University. 🏡 The private bedroom and ensuite bathroom offer personal space and privacy while sharing the apartment with other residents. This is a convenient option for Cornell students looking for a room without needing to rent an entire apartment. 📍 The apartment is located in Ithaca, with convenient access to the Cornell University area. 📅 The room is available for move-in immediately, and the lease period can be discussed. 💬 I’ve moved to another apartment due to a change in my housing arrangements.
