You’ll have the option to renew when the lease ends. **Room and apartment** - Private bedroom in Room 3 on the top floor - Furnished bedroom with a bed, nightstand, and lamp - Furnished kitchen and living room; all the living-room furniture you see stays - In-unit washer and dryer right across from the bedroom - Shared bathroom with one other bedroom, plus shared kitchen and living room - The person in room 2 is also moving out November 1, so you may have the bathroom to yourself for a while - Cleaning staff come every Friday to clean the bathroom and common areas - On-site weight room, so there’s no need to pay extra for a gym membership - Easy payments through the resident portal This room is on the top floor and is one of the least expensive options in the building since I signed an 18mo lease a year ago. Great location near the North/Clybourn Red Line stop and Bus 8, with Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, shopping, and lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. The highway is close, the Loop is easy to get to, and North Avenue is a straight shot to the beach. There’s plenty of free street parking nearby, and the building also offers covered and uncovered garage parking for an additional cost. I’ve lived at Post Chicago for over two years and have had a great experience. The maintenance and leasing teams are wonderful, and many of the staff have been here as long as I have. We all know each other by name. I’ve also made a lot of friends here. Many residents are young professionals early in their careers or new to the city.
