Hi everyone! 👋 I’m subletting my spacious private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom at La Costa in Bandar Sunway while I’m away on holiday. 🏡 The room features floor-to-ceiling windows, an open and bright layout, and a beautiful lake view from a high-floor apartment. The approximately 140-square-meter unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two other roommates. 🛋️ The apartment is equipped with essential appliances, including a washing machine, dryer, microwave, electric kettle, and rice cooker. The kitchen has separate wet and dry cooking areas, making everyday cooking convenient. 🏊 Residents can enjoy community facilities including a swimming pool and gym. There is also a supermarket within the residential community, and the GEO commercial area is nearby. 🎓 The property is approximately 700 metres from Monash University. Shuttle services connect residents to Monash University, Sunway University, and Taylor’s University. 👩🏻 I’m looking for a female tenant who is tidy and respectful of shared spaces. 📅 The intended sublease period is November 5, 2026, to February 27, 2027, with the exact arrangements to be confirmed. 💡 Electricity, water, and internet are not included in the rent.
