Spacious 6x6 at 2513 Seton Ave, just a short walk to campus. Looking for INDIVIDUALS or GROUP. The building has a sauna, gym, pool, hot tub, cold plunge, and a great study floor, plus a staff and leasing team that are always happy to help. Price is negotiable. The room is awesome, and you won't find something better at this price point. We're heading abroad and looking to pass the lease along to individuals or a group of 6 (or less- we can fill the other spots). We've loved living here and would happily stay if we weren't going — again price and length is negotiable, so feel free to reach out with any questions or to come check it out!
