Beautiful period features throughout, with characterful painted wooden flooring and old fireplaces. You'd be on a quiet but incredibly friendly, leafy street just off of Nunhead lane, 3 mins walk from Peckham Rye park, and pretty typical of the Victorian era houses in the area. The house is between Peckham and Nunhead and 10 mins walking distance to each station, with amazing transport links on southern rail, thameslink, overground etc. My current housemate and I are both female working professionals in the creative industries in our mid/late 30s, and my housemate would be looking for someone similar who is clean, tidy, respectful and friendly. We don’t have afters or parties here - we’ve made a chic, cosy home that’s a chill wee sanctuary, and looking for someone who can continue that vibe.
