Lease renewal may also be possible. 🏡 This is a self-contained studio on the top floor with excellent natural light. There are no neighbors living directly above, making it a quieter living option. The studio comes furnished and is ready for move-in. 🚌 The community offers a bus service that takes approximately 10 minutes to reach campus, and parking is available. A small Asian supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away. 🎁 I’m offering December rent free and will cover the sublease transfer fee. 📅 The exact move-in date is flexible and can be discussed.
