Looking to sublet my room in Clapham junction/wandsworth, as I go traveling for 3 months. Dates are very flexible between mid Dec and mid March You’ll be sharing with two lovely girls, we’ve all met through facebook/spare room the last few months/years, and get on really well. Spending time together in the evenings but also have our own circles in London. The room: Fully furnished, incl plenty of wardrobe/storage space as well as desk and office equipment - and, very usefully, a sink hidden in one of the wardrobes 😂 Every bedroom has this, which makes such a difference and never have issues with bathroom queues! Location: - Just behind St John’s Hill - loads of independent restaurants, bars, coffee shops + gyms/studios - On-road parking permit available! - 8 mins walk to Clapham Junction - 10 mins walk to Northcote Road - Around 15 mins walk to Wandsworth Town
