Move-in Date • Around late December 2026. • Planning to stay for approximately one year while attending the University of Chicago as an exchange student. About Me • I'm a friendly and outgoing female PhD student from Northeast China. • I enjoy traveling, skiing, dancing, and exploring the city. • I usually sleep around midnight and wake up around 8:30 AM. • I have a relatively light sleep, so I prefer a quiet environment at night. • I expect to spend most of my time working on my dissertation at home, except when traveling during holidays. Apartment Features • Spacious living room with enough room for each roommate to set up a desk. • Located at City Hyde Park, with convenient access to the University of Chicago. Looking for a Roommate • Female roommate who is clean, considerate, and has a reasonably regular daily routine. • Please keep shared areas tidy and organized. • Clean the stove and dishes after cooking, manage trash properly, and keep the refrigerator clean. • Occasional guests are welcome. Overnight guests should be discussed in advance, preferably no more than three times per month.
