The House There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 3 bedrooms currently available. The house has a large living room where you can occasionally have friends over, plus a spacious kitchen with a gas stove, which is great if you enjoy cooking. Bathrooms There are 2 bathrooms outside the bedrooms. One has the shower and toilet together, while the other has them separated. The bathroom arrangement can be discussed among the tenants. Excellent Location The house is only around a 5-minute walk from Ealing Broadway Station, with access to the Elizabeth, Central and District lines. The Elizabeth line takes around 15 minutes to Tottenham Court Road. Everything Nearby Restaurants, bars, gyms, supermarkets, Chinese supermarkets and pharmacies are all within about a 5–10 minute walk. Large M&S, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and Tesco stores are also nearby. Quiet & Peaceful The surrounding area is very quiet, with attractive residential buildings and a quiet dead-end street. Looking for The current tenant is a working professional with a stable, quiet lifestyle and an early-to-bed/early-to-rise routine. Since all 4 tenants will sign the contract together and a reference check through the agent is required, we’re mainly looking for long-term working professionals or PSW visa holders.
