Double room available | Earlsfield / Tooting | including bills! Hi everyone! I’m looking for a part time / ad hoc lodger for my flat in SW17! The room would ideally be available for 2–3 nights a week (weekdays), so would be perfect for someone who commutes into London for work but doesn’t need to be here full-time. I’m very flexible and happy to consider anything from occasional one-off stays to a more regular weekly arrangement. I’d also be very happy to consider longer stays of 1–2 weeks if anyone is looking for somewhere comfortable to stay for a short period. Some weekends could also be available! Transport links: * 18 minutes walk to Earlsfield station, with direct trains to Waterloo * 23 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway (Northern line) * G1 bus 2 minutes away, connecting to Tooting, Wandsworth Common and Clapham Junction * 44, 77 and 270 buses 8 minutes walk away, with connections to Earlsfield, Tooting Broadway and other parts of London The room is available for short-term, regular or occasional arrangements, although it won’t be available during the week of 13 December.
