The location is unbeatable — moments from the Thames, leafy parks, and excellent transport links into Chelsea, the West End, and beyond. Whether you’re here for work, study, or to experience the best of the city, this is the perfect base. You’ll have a bright, fully furnished double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and large wardrobes offering plenty of storage. The bathroom may be shared with at most one other guest — though you might have it entirely to yourself during your stay. Sharing with one other resident (female, 36). Fully furnished throughout. Important: Due to my counselling practice, the house is only suitable for those who are office-based and out of the house on weekdays between 10am–5pm. You’ll also have access to the open-plan kitchen and breakfast bar for light cooking and snacks, plus an additional WC downstairs for convenience. This is my full-time home, so there is no shared communal living room or lounge available for guest use. Looking for mature, clean and tidy guests. This home is strictly suitable for non-smokers and non-vapers only (including outside the property). If you smoke at all, even occasionally, the house unfortunately won’t be the right fit.
