My room is available for sublet from the 30/10-21/11 but can be flexible on the finishing side if needed (up to a week) Price is £660 for 3 weeks total! The house approx 3 mins away all to balham station and high street which is very convenient! It’s a large double room, and there’s a desk set up in the room if needed to WFH. There’s 4 other girls that live here, all females aged 28-32. Everyone’s quite social so often it’s only 2-3 home at a time and the it’s a big house with big kitchen, lounge and dining room. 4 of us share a bathroom, there is a seperate toilet down stairs and one of the other girls has an ensuite.
