A big balcony is accessible via patio doors. You will be sharing a good sized bathroom with one other person, this includes a bath. The flat mates: Guy - 34 year old male working in the emergency services Gemma - 23 year old female working in retail management You - a key-worker aged between 23 and 38, chilled yet fun/weird vibes and understanding that everyone in the flat works shifts! The complex: Blackhorse mills is an amazing complex with loads of great facilities, your rent includes: 24/7 concierge with a parcel room, gym, heated outdoor pool, communal areas(including pool tables) and co-working spaces, tennis court. multiple roof terraces, private dining rooms available to book Pets: The current flatmates will consider a single incoming cat, however no dogs please! Money: The small print: we are in a key-worker flat which means that we receive a discount on our rent, in order to keep this the majority of the flat have to be key-workers. This means you should be in the NHS, Emergency Services, local council, prison & probation service, military, highways agency, registered charities or education
