A spacious (490 square feet) studio with a balcony in a great location in Montreal! Right next to McGill, walking distance to Mont Royal, Plateau and Downtown. My place is very comfortable and all set-up, with a fully-stocked kitchen, an espresso machine, walking pad, a standing desk, and with strong water pressure in the shower! The apartment gets a good amount of light, and you'll have access to a gym, pool and sauna on the top floor, and a business center that you'll have access to.
