Looking for a new resident! This apartment is located on 8th Ave in Durango, just a 2 minute drive from historic downtown Durango! It’s very cozy, and the area is very quiet! The apartment has a hot plate for cooking, a/c wall unit, a wall heater, ceiling fan, and a newly renovated shower. There is on free site parking, and it is pet friendly. The maintenance team is very responsive and kind, and the neighbors are friendly :) I have loved living in this little spot but am looking to move for school in Denver.
