I currently have two rooms available for rent in my home in Germantown, Maryland. Room 1 : 3rd Floor Primary Bedroom This is the larger and more private room, located on the third floor. It features a spacious bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with its own shower, all within the primary bedroom area. It offers more privacy and space and is ideal for someone looking for a comfortable master-suite setup. Room 2 : Smaler Bedroom The second room is smaller but comfortable and functional. It is conveniently located a the 2nd floor and few meters from the bathroom, making it a good option for someone who does not need the additional space of the primary bedroom.
