This bedroom comes fully furnished, including a bed and bedding, as well as a significant amount of storage: one very large armoire (with both shelves and a bar for hanging clothes), a four drawer dresser, a large set of standing shelves, and two smaller mini desks. - [ ] All decorations of mine will be fully removed and you’re free to decorate to your own taste in my absence. :) - [ ] The room has its own radiator which you can control directly so heating is very simple (I also have a small fan which I’ll leave). - [ ] There is also a fireplace! Decorative but very beautiful. - [ ] This bedroom is on the third floor, and the window overlooks our expansive garden. The tree comes directly to the window, and the colors are always really gorgeous in late autumn. - [ ] There is a full bathroom immediately next to the room, so access is very quick. - [ ] There are four other bedrooms in the house and the girls (friends from uni) are incredibly lovely and warm. It’s not uncommon for us to do small dinners etc. together, but they’re also very respectful of personal space / solitude if you’re looking for a less social sublet. There’s never any pressure for anything. - [ ] We have a beautiful living room, large kitchen, and another bathroom on the first floor. I’m happy to send any additional pictures or videos if you’d like. :) - [ ] We’re located a three minute walk from the nearest bus stop which runs straight into central London. The bus can also take you directly to Manor House station or Finsbury Park Station. Manor House is also only a ~15 minute walk.
